Applications beyond the cosmetic category
Every column on this page describes geometry: a body length, a body diameter and, where the body is square or oval, a second axis. None of those values changes because of what goes inside the pen. A body of Ø10.0 × 161.4 mm is that size whether it dispenses eyeliner, a lip tint or a cosmetic gel.
That is the part worth noticing if your product is not a cosmetic. The catalogue charts the applicator shapes that fit each family, and an applicator is a mechanical part - it moves or deposits a fixed volume per actuation whatever the liquid is. What the catalogue does not carry is any statement about the fill: capacity, material and decoration are set per project, on our side, against your formula.
What we are not is a regulatory partner. We hold no pharmaceutical, medical-device or management-system certification, and we do not issue biocompatibility, extractables or leachables documentation. Whether a format suits a regulated product, and what testing that requires, follows from your formulation and your regulatory route - and those answers come from the material suppliers and the testing laboratories, not from a packaging supplier's own declaration. If that puts work on your side, it is work that was always yours; a container supplier who offers to close it for you is offering a document, not a result.
