RFQ Checklist — Send a Complete Brief
The more we know up front, the more accurate your MOQ and lead time. Include whatever applies to your project.
- Product type (bottle, jar, tube, pump, compact…)
- Capacity / size and, if known, neck finish
- Material preference (PET, PP, glass, PCR…)
- Closure / cap type and liner
- Colour and decoration (silk screen, hot stamp, UV…)
- Target quantity and expected order frequency
- Target market(s) — for compliance and documentation
- Reference design or gallery item id (see Design Inspiration)
- Desired sample timing and sample quantity
- Shipping destination and preferred incoterm
