COSMPACK (cosmpack.com) is the website of JUMBO Packaging (JUMBO Plastic Co., Ltd.) — also known simply as JUMBO. JUMBO was established in October 2005, specializing in customized cosmetic packaging. With efficient supply chain management, independent design capabilities, and professional services, we meet our customers' evolving customization needs.
We've built our business on a simple idea: combine disciplined production management with modern supply-chain management, in-house design, and a vetted network of partner factories — and stay accountable to every brand we work with. Our goal is to be a cosmetic packaging supplier that brands worldwide trust.
That model is the product of twenty years in this industry. We ran our own factory from 2005 to 2012, developing private moulds and producing for brand clients. As more of those clients asked for existing public moulds to avoid the tooling investment, we began sourcing those components for them from other plants. Requirements kept diversifying - categories, materials, decorations, volumes - and a single plant can only cover its own line. So we moved to the way we work today: we sit on the buyer's side of the table and use China's manufacturing base to develop, match and verify what each project actually needs. Over the years that has become a network of vetted factories, of which more than 30 are long-term partners we run repeat programmes with.

Our Customer Order Process
We put customer needs at the core. Our order service process is built for efficiency, transparency, and control — ensuring every step from inquiry to delivery is professional and reliable.
Inquiry & Sales Response
Customers initiate requests through Inquiry or direct Order. Our sales and customer service team responds promptly, sending an order Acknowledgement to confirm receipt and communicate order status — ensuring your needs are addressed without delay.
Project Coordination
Customer service relays complete requirements to the project management team, which oversees end-to-end planning. A bidirectional feedback mechanism between sales and engineering ensures every client detail is accurately executed.
Technical Design & Tooling
Our design team produces precise Technical Drawings based on customer requirements. The project management team coordinates with both the Tooling department (for molds and tooling solutions) and Production (for decoration specifications), ensuring both craftsmanship and aesthetics meet standards before mass production.
Production & Quality Control
Manufacturing is carried out at partner factories in our vetted network, using approved tooling and decoration specifications. Every product undergoes rigorous Quality Control, with quality data synced back to order management — guaranteeing that delivered products meet all standards.
Delivery & Sign-off
Lot Control / Ship Order coordinates delivery schedules based on sales-confirmed dates and warehouse Product availability. Warehouse and shipping teams work together to complete dispatch and delivery — closing the loop from order to customer receipt.
