Customer service relays complete requirements to the project management team, which oversees end-to-end planning. A bidirectional feedback mechanism between sales and engineering ensures every client detail is accurately executed.
Our design team produces precise Technical Drawings based on customer requirements. The project management team coordinates with both the Tooling department (for molds and tooling solutions) and Production (for decoration specifications), ensuring both craftsmanship and aesthetics meet standards before mass production.
Manufacturing is carried out at our affiliate factories using approved tooling and decoration specifications. Every product undergoes rigorous Quality Control, with quality data synced back to order management — guaranteeing that delivered products meet all standards.
Lot Control / Ship Order coordinates delivery schedules based on sales-confirmed dates and warehouse Stock Product availability. Warehouse and shipping teams work together to complete dispatch and delivery — closing the loop from order to customer receipt.
