Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipment. Specific terms are stated in each quotation and order contract.
Shipping costs and delivery times are estimates provided with each quotation. JUMBO China is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or force majeure events.
Minimum order quantities, sample timelines, tooling development and production lead times depend on the specific project — including product design, complexity, and order volume — and are confirmed in each quotation. No minimum order applies to in-stock catalog items. Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue unless stated otherwise.
Products are manufactured and inspected against the quality standards agreed in the order contract, including AQL-based inspection where specified. Inspection reports published on this website are historical archives (2007–2020) demonstrating our inspection capability; they are not product certifications and apply only to the specific batches shown.
