Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipment.
Shipping costs and delivery times are estimates provided with each quotation. JUMBO China is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or force majeure events.
Custom mold designs and tooling remain the property of JUMBO China unless otherwise agreed in writing.
