Applications beyond the cosmetic category

Nothing in the table above is specific to a beauty product. Every column describes geometry or material - capacity, body diameter, body length, mechanism family, charted tip count - and none of those values changes because of what goes inside the pen.

That is the part worth noticing if your product is not a cosmetic. A twist or click mechanism moves a fixed volume per actuation whatever the liquid is. A body of Ø17.23 x 136.35 mm is that size whether it holds a lip gloss or a gel. And 70 of the 104 models on this page are specified with no metal anywhere in the construction, which is a property of the material list below rather than of the application.

What we are not is a regulatory partner. We hold no pharmaceutical, medical-device or management-system certification, and we do not issue biocompatibility, extractables or leachables documentation. Whether a format suits a regulated product, and what testing that requires, follows from your formulation and your regulatory route - and those answers come from the material suppliers and the testing laboratories, not from a packaging supplier's own declaration. If that puts work on your side, it is work that was always yours; a container supplier who offers to close it for you is offering a document, not a result.
