438 Packaging Formats from One Manufacturer's Catalogue, in Its Own Seven Chapters
One manufacturing partner's product catalogue, published chapter by chapter in the catalogue's own order: promotional packaging, serum packaging, skincare packaging, mask packaging, sunscreen packaging, e-commerce packaging, and others. Each format is shown the way the catalogue pairs it — the product photograph above, the source technical drawing below, and the brim-full (O.F.C.) capacity printed on that drawing. 7 formats print their capacity as a two-part or ranged figure; those cards carry no single number, and the drawing itself shows the printed line. 1 formats are printed as a drawing alone, with no photograph, and is shown that way rather than with a stand-in image. Model numbers printed on the drawings are not transcribed as text — identity and tooling are project questions. None of it is stock: every format is made to order, and capacity is re-confirmed against your formula and fill weight before tooling.
| Chapters | 7 — named by the catalogue: promotional, serum, skincare, mask, sunscreen, e-commerce and others |
| Formats | 438 — one card per format |
| Capacity | Brim-full (O.F.C.), 2.3 – 541 ml; 431 of the 438 print a single figure |
| Photographs | 437 — the catalogue's own product photograph |
| Technical drawings | 438 — the catalogue's own drawing, one per format |
| Order quantity | Confirmed per project — it depends on the format, the tooling and the decoration |
| Sampling | Available. Formats already in tooling sample fastest; a custom prototype follows design approval |
What the Numbers Are, and What They Are Not
Every capacity on this page is the brim-full (O.F.C.) figure printed on that format's own drawing — the first number a fill decision turns on. Where the catalogue prints a compound or ranged figure, the card carries no number rather than half of one.
The seven sections are the catalogue's own chapters, kept in its order; they are not a grouping we invented. Dimensions are left on the drawings as the source prints them and are not re-typed as data.
What we are not is a regulatory partner. We hold no pharmaceutical, medical-device or management-system certification, and we do not issue biocompatibility, extractables or leachables documentation. Whether a format suits a regulated product, and what testing that requires, follows from your formulation and your regulatory route - and those answers come from the material suppliers and the testing laboratories, not from a packaging supplier's own declaration. If that puts work on your side, it is work that was always yours; a container supplier who offers to close it for you is offering a document, not a result.

Where These Come From
The capacities and drawings on this page are reprinted from a manufacturing partner's product catalogue; partner identity stays confidential to us. Each figure is the brim-full (O.F.C.) capacity printed on that format's own technical drawing, and each section is one of the catalogue's own chapters. Entries whose page prints no single fillable capacity are not published here — neither with an estimate nor with half a compound line.
